Abstract

In this study, the delayed Pearl-Verhulst is used as the model for the chaotic circuits of the transmitter and receiver of the communications system. The synchronization of these two chaotic circuits is used to create a communication link between the two. The message signal is encrypted to the chaotic signal at the transmitter and decrypted back at the receiver. Secure communication is implemented through this system since is uses chaotic circuits. Adding to that, the delay factor raises the system to higher dimension which makes it more difficult for an eavesdropper to crack it.
